Each year we try to go back to the U.S during the winter break; during our time there we take what opportunity we find to share what God’s been doing in Honduras through your support. We also, through the grace of God, try to raise enough money to cover most costs for each student throughout the year so that the parents are able to afford to send their child to our school. This year we would like to try to do things a little differently.

Dear Friends, I’d like to start this letter by first saying thank you to everyone who has supported us, either in prayer, financially, or both. It is sometimes (most of the time) difficult to express how much of a difference you make and how very grateful we truly are.

We’d like to stay here in Honduras to spend extra time with the students, do ministry in the outer areas with our disciples, and take a little time to have some intimate fellowship as a family.

One particular trip I’m hoping to make in January (Lord willing) is one that Frank, my father-in-law, invited me and some others to go on. He wants to do a circuit mission trip, for a few weeks, in another part of the country to evangelize, encourage the Christians, and look for young people interested in missionary work. We also would like to use the money, which would otherwise be spent on airline tickets, to make some much needed repairs around the mission.

The Need:

We’re trusting in God to provide the funds for the students and would like to ask you to prayerfully consider supporting a student. We provide a scholarship program for the students to be able to afford the school.
It costs about $250 dollars a year for each student. This pays for their books and school material. We have 15 students this year and look to add 3 more next year which would give us a total of 18 students that need to be supported.

We’ve added a section to our website where you can view the children currently enrolled and choose one to support. You can access this section by clicking here, or by going to missionarieswithoutboundaries.com and clicking on “Donate”, and then “Support a child”.

This letter is asking for financial support, but please remember, for every one financial supporter, we need 10 prayer supporters. I don’t say this lightly! I would rather have 1 committed intercessor than 10 financial supporters. One whole hearted cry for a friend moves the heart of God and that’s what we need most of all.
We can’t thank you enough for all the help and prayers offered up on our behalf.
Thank you so much,

– Nathan
