Dear friends,

We want to thank all of you for keeping us in your prayers. Please, continue with your prayers, they have power and God hears them. Many doors open, plans come into action and love, joy and Jesus Christ is known to children through our prayers.
Please, continue praying for the Mosquitia area and the people here as crime is increasing rapidly.

Honduran Little Girl holds baby.We have been getting involved and ministering to a church in the next village. We are excited and looking for ways to reach the youth in the church. There is a hunger in their worship and prayers, for God. We are praying for wisdom and guidance on how we can better reach and share Christ with them. Please, keep the youth of Pinales in your prayers and that God will be Glorified.
Chuck has been sharing on Sunday mornings and visiting the families from the congregation. He is excited in getting to know the people and it is a good way to practice his Spanish outside of work.
We practice a little at home, but the best way is to go out and speak with the natives.

We just had a dental group come through and took them up river to a village called San Miguel. It was a blessing for all of us. The people there are so kind and giving, ready to serve us in any need we might have as we worked. They were so grateful for the group coming to their village and helping them, they didn’t have much but what they did have they gave. As a thank you, they killed a pig and cooked it for us. They were a poor village but still they wanted to give something in return, something that could show their gratitude. In that culture and life style they gave their best. Everyone of us in the group were touched, we were there to bless them and show God’s love, but we were the blessed ones. God has so much to show us and teach us. He has so many blessings waiting for us. His love is so big and it keeps going, there is no end or limit.

God is working in our lives, teaching us new things as newly married missionaries. He wants to use everyone’s life for a bigger purpose than what we had planned. But in that process he has to clean out our old self to better serve him. It hurts and we don’t want to give up somethings in our lives, making excuses that they’re minor things and that its not a big deal, but that is a lie we keep telling ourselves. He needs all of us for his purpose, He needs our will to be His will. God is always at work in our lives if we allow Him to change and do His will. We need to pray for each other in this area, that we will allow our Savior his will in our lives, in every area not just the big stuff.

Thank you all for your faithful prayers and support, may God continue to teach and love us all.
