Chuck & Katie – News Letter – February 2011

This year has been really busy for us, full of joy and many blessings. We got married in Oct. and have been working in Mississippi for Frank Monterroso. Time seams to go by so fast, it feels like we just got here and the time to leave is already here. We fly out of the USA on the 19th of January. We are excited to return to Honduras, where we will begin serving God together. We will be living in Belen for the first few years as Katie finishes her last year of nursing school and Chuck continues to get more familiar with drilling wells.

Our plans are to eventually move to Kurpa, a village deeper in the jungle, where we can provide medical help as well as drilling wells. The need for medical, dental care, and clean water is great. The nearest hospital or medical care of any kind is about a 10 hour boat ride away. The water supply is hand dug ditches. We look forward to working with Frank on the boat ministry and spreading the gospel. We ask that you remember us and pray for us as we serve God in Honduras.
