Dear Friends and family,

We have only been in Honduras a few months and already have had lots of groups come threw on mission trips. We keep busy with Guiding, hosting and translating for the teams. We are so grateful and blessed to be here.God is loving, caring and has so much grace on our lives. If  we are willing to be used and changed into his plans many things can be accomplished in his name. We pray that all of us can and will seek that with all our lives. May we change our wants, our desires and ourselves into his plans. He is great and can do many great things. So lets desire to be changed into his great plans and not our owns.

We just got back from a village, Banaca, where Chuck is putting in wells. He is planning on putting in 10 so he will continue to work in this village, so far he’s got 3 already done. In this area the depth averages around 90ft. We took some vets up to treat the animals from that village, it was so much fun being with them. Next month we plan on bringing a medical team up that way and continue working with medical and water projects.

Since we got here its been go, go and go. But we have a few weeks before the next team comes down so in that time we are planning on working on the mission house. We want to add on more dorm rooms for the teams that pass through.

Chuck will also start on water projects in different villages as Katie starts work at a clinic in Belen, our home village. We are so excited to be back in Honduras. Please keep us in your prays  as we continue to serve in Honduras. We love you and hope to see you guys on a mission trip soon. Its a blessing to have teams come down and to work and minister together. Thank you all for your prays and support.

In His care,
Chuck and Katie Gehman
